October Fun

It's crazy how quickly everything changes, one day its ninety degrees and the very next day the leaves are changing color and falling off the trees. I haven't decided if I am completely ready for fall/winter yet. Every time I think I am ready for a little bit of a relief from the hot weather it becomes cold and I am instantly ready for it to be HOT again! It seems that this month yet again the Reedy house is in for a busy time.

Ted is in Don Giovanni at BYU he is playing the part of Mazetto and that will finally open in two weeks, so for now he is at tech rehearsals, dress rehearsals and what ever else rehearsal they can think of to call them. He is also crazy busy with school work and teaching a little bit at the University. Ted says he is having a blast with school.

Harley is always keeping me on my toes. She is such a happy little girl and we absolutely love her! She makes me giggle and smile all the time with her squeals and grins. She is very busy figuring out how to crawl so that I can chase her around the house. But for now she is quite content being in her walker and racing that all around the kitchen *literally* her favorite game is to roll it backwards as fast as she possibly can and then look at me with a big grin. She is quite proud of this. She has also learned the art of rolling all around the floor, sitting up and throwing toys on the ground so that I will pick them up. She especially enjoys the throwing the toys she finds it absolutely hilarious and lets you know it by her delighted squeals and giggles.

These past few weeks have been especially fun. We had Riley come out for two weeks, she had a great time coloring, reading stories and playing with her new friends. We had lots of fun with her while she is here and are excited for her to come again soon.

As for me I am still getting used to the idea that I live in Utah. Being asked if I want fry sauce at every which turn is a new adventure especially since I think the stuff is an abomination!!! Apparently in Utah they have never heard of just plain Ketchup. I am also trying to get used to the mountains being on the East. Nine times out of ten I forget and end up saying "I'm going west" when in fact I am going East. I have managed to make a friend though *GO ME* and am very excited about the prospect of making more. I am also looking extremely forward to my parents coming out in the next couple of weeks. Well that's all for now.
